Working Principle
The continuous perforated grid plate of the mesh grid is installed parallel to the water flow direction and is equipped with a garbage lifting device fixed on the mesh plate. The design of the inlet ensures that all sewage enters from the middle of the grid and is discharged from both sides, and garbage cannot overflow to the back of the grid.
The driving sprocket is fixed on the driving shaft, and as the driving shaft rotates, the driving sprocket drives the grid plate fixed on the chain to circulate. The driving shaft is driven by a shaft mounted gearbox and motor.
During operation, the gearbox installed on the forward output shaft of the frame drives the groove wheel to rotate, and then the groove wheel drives the chains on both sides of the filter screen to continuously rotate. From bottom to top, the intercepted dirt within its length range is extracted upwards with the rotation of the filter screen. When it reaches the upper part, most of it falls off by gravity through the steering function of the sprocket, and a small amount of dirt falls off completely under the washing device on the top, The slag water is discharged into the slag collection tank between the mesh plates on both sides and then flows out of the machine.
