Product Composition
1. Ozone tube: The dielectric material is a high-purity dehydroxylated quartz tube, with a dehydroxylated content of less than 10ppm and a SiO2 content of over 98%. It has a temperature resistance of 1600 degrees Celsius and a withstand voltage of 30KV, which is much higher than the peak high voltage output of 7KV by the matched high-frequency high-voltage power supply. Working Principle
When a gas containing oxygen passes through the discharge gap between two electrodes, some oxygen molecules (O2) are converted into ozone (O3) to achieve ozone preparation. When there is a varying high voltage on the high-voltage electrode, micro discharge will occur at the discharge gap between the electrodes. Oxygen molecules are decomposed into free state oxygen atoms O, and some free state oxygen atoms recombine with undecomposed oxygen molecules to generate ozone (O3), which is called “corona discharge” or “silent discharge”.
In fact, only a portion of the electrical energy applied to the electrode is used to prepare ozone, which also generates heat during the preparation process. Cooling water is needed to effectively cool the ozone generation module. The ozone preparation process is significantly affected by the quality of feed gas and the temperature of cooling water. The lower the temperature, the higher the efficiency of ozone preparation.
How To Use
For water treatment
1. Place the ozone generator in a specific position (stable, dry, well ventilated and heat dissipation) in the water treatment process, at least 40 centimeters away from the wall; Check if the ozone silicone hose is properly connected to the ozone output port of the machine, and connect the ozone delivery pipe to the ozone dosing device for easy ozone delivery.
2. The ozone generator must be above the water level to prevent water from flowing back into the inside of the ozone generator and causing component damage. If you purchase a check valve, please connect it to the ozone delivery pipeline. It is prohibited to reverse connect the check valve.
3. Turn on the power and the voltmeter will display the current voltage. Turn on the air pump switch, the air pump indicator light will light up, the air pump will start working, and the ammeter will display the current current. Adjust the oxygen flow meter to 10L/min. After 5 seconds, turn on the ozone switch and slowly adjust the ozone concentration knob to maximum. The ozone output port has gas output. After use, it is necessary to first adjust the ozone concentration switch to the minimum position, then turn off the ozone switch, and then turn off the air pump switch after 5 seconds.
For Air Disinfection
1. Place the ozone generator in a specific (stable, well ventilated, and heat dissipating) location outside the room to be disinfected, check if the ozone silicone hose is connected to the ozone output port of the machine, and guide the ozone delivery pipe into the space to be disinfected. And add at a height of 2 meters.
2. To achieve the best ozone disinfection effect, please close doors and windows, and do not have personnel indoors during disinfection.
3. Turn on the power and the voltmeter will display the current voltage.
