MBBR biological filler adopts the principle of biofilm and combines the advantages of traditional fluidized beds, making it an efficient biological treatment process.
Working Principle
The MBBR process involves adding a certain amount of biological carriers to the reactor, and different microorganisms are concentrated on the biofilm on the protected area of the carriers. In aerobic treatment systems, the ability to improve the efficiency of sewage treatment and stabilize the effluent quality is achieved through air blowing aeration or stirring in anaerobic treatment systems.
Product Features
1) The biological formation time is 3-15 days, with a relatively fast rate of only 2 days. No need to cultivate bacteria in advance.
2) Special surface treatment: A larger and rougher inner surface that enhances microcellular adhesion and rapidly forms biofilms.
3) Good hydrophilicity – adding hydrophilic groups to improve biofilm formation and biomass.
4) Our MBBR fillers have surface charge modification that is suitable for the growth of a large number of microorganisms.
5) Biomass 10-20 (g/m2).
6) Remove BOD5, COD, TSS, etc.
